Kelly M. Madigan

Principal

Kelly M. Madigan has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury, commercial liability, contract disputes, construction law, family law, probate, and guardianships.

As a seasoned trial attorney, Kelly M. Madigan has represented thousands of clients in Washington state courts. Kelly graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.

Prior to starting Madigan Law, Kelly worked for 8 years as a civil litigation trial attorney for both Preg O’Donnell & Gillett PLLC and Nationwide Insurance Company.  Before attending law school, Kelly worked for a non-profit organization in the Seattle area and for an international magazine in Tampa, Florida.

Kelly is a Seattle native, and she and her husband live in the Broadview area of Seattle. Kelly is very active in the community and enjoys volunteering for organizations including Food Lifeline and Team in Training. Kelly is an avid runner and is the manager of a local running club.
